At Skiwax, we want to ensure you have the best performance on the snow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and maintenance supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your Skiwax account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
