Start's RG line is a great all-round waxing line for general ski service, training, and loppets. RG Green is the perfect choice for cold snow. Start's green waxes are famous for being one of the best bases in frozen snow, though this liquid makes a great cold snow top coat! Use on It's own on a clean ski, or on top of a RG melt wax! Apply evenly via the sponge dabber on the bottle, let dry for as long as possible (at least 15 minutes), then brush out with a soft nylon. An added step for improved durability would be to cork or felt the liquid in before nylon brushing.
